Remote Officer Spotlight

While performing duties during a rail car exchange at our Client’s Houston location, Officer Harman observed an individual observing the exchange.  While the individual seemed to be a City employee, it was highly unusual for such an individual to be on the private roadway behind the Client’s facility during a rail car exchange and watching the event take place. Officer Harman’s observation and report to onsite security staff allowed both an onsite officer and a Client employee to approach the situation and handle it at the site level.
