Tonight our dedicated VirSec officers did their area of interest logs, and conducted Virtual Patrol Checks. A Virtual Patrol is a format of questions to be answered hourly to verify the safety, and security of the client’s facility. Virtual Patrols ask certain random questions about the client’s site which is suppose to improve the officer’s awareness of his or her particular site being monitored. Examples being- gate checks, chemical cage checks, employees present in danger areas, and particular times these employees are present in those areas. At VirSec we are always looking to take remote monitoring to the next level, and to improve our existing procedures.
